Writer’s Place offers handmade holiday gifts Saturday

Local artists will display their holiday gift items for sale tomorrow at The Writer’s Place, 3607 Pennsylvania from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Items for sale include: knitted and beaded gifts, jewelry, t-shirts, notecards, photographs, purses, pottery, paper crafts, hand-painted boxes, monotypes, soaps and salts, silk and felted art scarves, zipper pulls, key chains, hand-made rolling pins, tooled leather goods and more.

Artists include Lauri Davidson, Peg Nichols, Greg Field, Rita Reynolds and Kathy Hughes, Maryfrances Wagner, Sarah Snider, Stan Lumb, Kate Barsotti, Sharin Veatch, Jim Hare of Studio Dyes, Michelle Pond, Gina and John Prowell, Stephen Holland, Susan Ferguson, Julie Tenenbaum and others.
