The city is notifying motorists that the JayDoc Dental 5K race will close Rockhill Road between Volker and Emanuel Cleaver II boulevards on Sunday, Nov. 17 from about 8:45-10 a.m. In addition, officers may temporarily stop traffic at the intersection of Volker Boulevard and Oak Street when race participants are present.
