Newsweek Magazine has named Mayor Sly James one of the five most innovative mayors in the country. “While Washington seems paralyzed by partisan bickering, America’s mayors are busy putting ideas into action,” the publication said.
Newsweek turned to two faculty members from the American Government Program at Harvard’s Kennedy School to develop a list of the top city-hall innovators.
