As March starts and St. Patrick’s Day is near, it is again time for the St. Pat’s Senior Ball.
The event with live listening and dance music by the KC Swing Orchestra is on March 13.
It will be at the Cristo Rey school gymnasium at 211 W. Linwood Blvd from 1 to 3 p.m.
All senior citizens are welcome to attend for free. Clubs and groups attending should RSVP byt calling Julie O’Neill at 816-561-7555.
Bagpiper Kevin Regan will start the annual party followed by young dancers from the School of Irish Dance.
There will be free refreshments and door prizes.
The seven O’Neill brothers and their families and friends sponsor the ball in memory of the late Pat O’Neill, co-founder of the Kansas City St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
We aren’t really a group; there are only three of us but we wanted to let someone know that we
wouldn’t miss this year’s party for anything. We went for the first time last year and had wonderful time. Pat and family: Thank you for doing this for us–and it’s so wonderful to do something so fun that doesn’t start at 8:00 or 9:00 at night! Yay! Trudy
