Detectives are seeking witnesses to the homicide of Richard Preston III, which occurred about 2 a.m. July 20, 2013, at Club Skyline, 8625 Troost.
According to a police advisory, many people were present at the time of the shooting, and police need them to come forward. Those offering information could receive a $1,000 reward.
