Kansas City police are looking for 60-year-old Russell L. Davis Jr.
According to their alert:
He has not been seen since Nov. 17 in the area of 42nd and Brooklyn. His family is very worried about him.
He is a black male who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue stocking cap, green jacket, red turtleneck and jeans. He has prosthetic legs. He was last seen using a wheelchair that had “TMC” written on the back.

UPDATE: Davis has been found at 18th and Grand in good health. He is now with family members.
