Police are asking for help in finding 9-year-old Sir Wright.
Police say they spent all night looking for 9-year-old Sir Wright, who has been missing since about 3:30 p.m. yesterday. He was being transported home by cab when he jumped out of the vehicle near 56th and Swope Parkway and ran away. He’d left a note with his teacher saying he was going to run away to his biological mother’s home.
Sir Wright is a black male who was last seen wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants, gray shoes and a red backpack.

Officers have located Sir Wright, and he is safe and unharmed. Thank you to everyone who helped look for him.
