Midtown-Plaza plan meetings go into details

The Midtown-Plaza Area plan is moving into a new phase next week.

In the next round of meetings, residents will focus on five specific subareas of Midtown and discuss subarea issues and recommendations. The project team says it will ask specific questions and discuss potential options to achieve the vision for the area.

It says these meetings will incorporate previous feedback; explore current plan policies and the desired future.

This upcoming meeting schedule is as follows:

  •  Monday, October 28th  The Kauffman Foundation, 4801 Rockhill Rd. – Town Square Room. The North East Section which is bound by 31st Street to 43rd Street and Gillham Road to the Paseo from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 29th – St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 11 E. 40th StreetThe North West Section which is bound by 31st Street to 43rd Street and State Line Road to Southwest Trafficway from 6:00p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  •  Wednesday, October 30th  The Kauffman Foundation, 4801 Rockhill Rd. – Town Square Room .The North Central Section which is bound by 31st Street to 43rd Street and Southwest Trafficway to Gillham Road from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 12th – St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 11 E. 40th Street. The South Brush Creek section which is bound by Brush Creek to 55th Street and State Line Road to the Paseo from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  •  Thursday, November 14th – St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 11 E. 40th StreetThe North Brush Creek section which is bound by 43rd Street to Brush Creek and State Line to the Paseo from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
