Coming up at the Art Institute is a lecture by Elana Herzog, a New York-based installation artist and sculptor, who also creates handmade paper and books. For the last two decades, Herzog has been the subject of museum surveys and solo exhibitions in over 20 cities in the U.S. and numerous cities in Europe. Her installations are characterized by playful, context-sensitive experimentation.
