A patient at KU Hospital does not have Ebola, according to a lab test.
Hospital officials announced the results this afternoon. Also from their release:
Until a more definitive test result, the patient will remain in isolation as a precaution.
The patient went to the hospital Sunday suffering from a high fever and other symptoms after he had served as a medic on a ship off of Africa.
The patient is also getting better.
