Everyone in Midtown seems to have an opinion about the proposal to expand the streetcar from downtown to UMKC along Main Street.

Everyone has a chance to be heard on the issue at a public hearing set for Sept. 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Jackson County Courthouse, 415 E. 12th Street.

There will also be an opportunity for people to weigh in in writing. The deadline for that is expected to be set soon.
