Community networking – via dominos

Redeemer Fellowship, a church at 3921 Baltimore, wanted to get to know its neighbors in Midtown. So it started a regular event – a game of dominos with residents of the Alcazar Apartment building just across the street. Tonight, with a brisk wind blowing and warm temperatures drawing people outside, folks were playing dominos, cards and other games. “It felt natural to do something like this,” says Rachelle Pichardo of Redeemer. “It’s a chance to get to know our neighbors.“
