If you missed the Royals’ postseason rally at the stadium today, you can still celebrate tomorrow. Jackson County is hosting a “Revive ‘85” rally to celebrate the 1985 World Champion Kansas City Royals and cheer them on as they head to the playoffs.
The rally will be Oct. 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Kansas City Power & Light District KC Live! Block.
Members of 1985 World Championship Team Frank White, Dennis Leonard, and Danny Jackson are expected. They’ll be joined by other alumni including Al Fitzmorris, Willie Aikens, and John Mayberry.
