Trash amnesty days coming up after July 4th

July 4th next week is a city holiday, meaning there is no trash pickup.

But for the week after July 4 (July 5-10), the city is offering its twice-annual  trash amnesty day.

That means you can put out up to 15 bags of trash at the curb on your regular trash day.  No hazardous waste, bulky items or leaf and brush will be collected.

Independence Day – July 4 (Trash amnesty July 5 – 10. Residents may place up to 15 bags at the curb.

Regular trash rules apply.
