The Suicide Awareness Survivors Support group is hosting its annual Remembrance Walk on Sunday, Sept. 6, at Loose Park, 51st and Wornall. The walk is for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one by a tragic death such as suicide, homicide, fire or accident.
Details: Registration is at 8:00 a.m. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. Pre-registration fee for the walk is $25 and $30 the day of the walk with the proceeds going to help suicide awareness, education, prevention and survivor support.
