Someone made off with this truck and trailer last night – taking every last belonging of a family from West Virginia that was passing through Kansas City.
Kansas City Police now are asking for help finding the vehicles stolen last night from an east Kansas City hotel.
Police say the family is moving cross country and discovered the theft at around 8:30 a.m. today. The trailer contained all of their clothing and possessions.
The vehicle and trailer are: a White 2006 Ford F350 diesel extended cab with West Virginia license plate number 7VL-295. The truck also has an off-white camper on the back with bungee cords holding the door down. The trailer is a white 2015 V-nose, 24-foot enclosed trailer with West Virginia license plate number C293568.
Police ask that if you see the truck and/or trailer, call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS or 911.
