A St. Louis circuit judge ruled that a recent constitutional change in Missouri may now allow some felons to carry guns.

At city hall, the council debated the merits of  repealing a requirement that workers who handle liquor get permits from the city.

Our Monday Uncovering History feature looked at what we know about the history of the  Southmoreland neighborhood, from 43rd Street south to 44th Street, and Main Street east to Walnut Street. We still hope you have memories to share and will send them to us.
