Proposed Main Street streetcar line discussed tonight

The city finishes up its series of meetings about 8 proposed streetcar expansion routes with a Main Street meeting tonight.

The NextRailKC project is seeking input from citizens about the potential expansion routes. Following a series of meetings to discuss each corridor, the city will decide which 2-3 routes it will move forward with.

The Main Street meeting is set fro 6 to 8 p.m. at UMKC’s Pierson Auditorium, 5000 Holmes.
