KCP&L says it has restored power to 99 percent of customers affected by last week’s storm. The power company says fewer than 300 customers are still without power and they have assigned crews to fix all of those problems today.
KCP&L also said it has 900 personal in the field working this morning, and work will continue all week to make permanent repairs to its power system. The company also thanks customers and their crews for their patience during the cleanup from the major storm
