Police seek armed robber of Subway shops

crime-stopper-logoThe reward for a suspect or suspects who keep robbing Subway restaurants is increased to up to $2,500.

Since January 25, more than eight of the restaurants have been robbed in cities that include both Kansas Cities, Lee’s Summit and Olathe, according to the media release by Greater Kansas City Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline.

A description of a possible suspect is that of an armed black man in his 30s, 5’8” tall, 140 pounds with facial hair, wearing a hooded coat and jeans or colored pants and tennis shoes.
