The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department is asking for help locating this guy. They say Tarey Lamont Johnson, 12-5-1992, is currently wanted on two felony warrants for involuntary manslaughter 1 regarding a double fatality that occurred August 11, 2013 at 31st and Euclid.
