Police are looking for 69-year-old Troy V. Duckworth, who has dementia and other medical problems and has not been seen since 6 p.m. yesterday, Aug. 19. He was last seen walking near 23rd and Topping.
He is a white male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a navy jacket and black loafers. He also was wearing glasses and carrying a purple and white Harrah’s umbrella.
