Discussion of the future of Midtown continued last night as planners and residents turned to the northwest sub area, bounded by 31st Street to 43rd Street, State Line Road to Southwest Trafficway.
The meeting was part of the latest round of Midtown Plaza area plan meetings. When completed, the plan will serve as a set of city guidelines for land use, zoning, public improvements, transportation, housing and economic development.
The meetings continue tonight with a chance for input from those in the north central sub area, which is bounded by 31st Street to 43rd Street and Southwest Trafficway to Gillham Road.
Next week, two meetings will deal with planning for the areas of Midtown south of Brush Creek.
