Mayor Sly James will give his fourth state of the city address tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Starlight Theater.
The folks over at mySidewalk have started on online discussion asking people what issues they hope the mayor will address, which could include getting voters to approve a bond package for infrastructure improvements, continuing efforts to reduce the city’s homicide rate, and reconsidering expansion of the streetcar line.
