Kansas City artist and restaurant owner Stretch gets his own reality TV show tomorrow.
Eating the Enemy premiers on the Animal Planet at 10 p.m. Central, according to the Grinders website. Grinders, a well-known Crossroads eatery owned by Stretch.
“STRETCH travels across the U.S. to seek out invasive species that pose a threat to local economies – and turn the animal into a meal at an area restaurant,” the site tells us.
Episode 1 features Asian carp, which Stretch tries to introduce in rural Louisiana. Episoide 2 finds Stretch in a Texas town “to turn wild boar into a delicacy with the help of a chili expert, a barbecue master and a group of local hunters.”
