A Jackson County jury on Friday evening found Diamond Blair guilty of 2nd degree murder, 1st degree robbery and two counts of armed criminal action in connection with the murder of Montague Kevin Ashline, which occurred on June 24, 2009 outside the Alps Apartments at 36th and Baltimore.
Blair has been serving federal time on a felon-in-possession conviction.
