City invites neighborhood participation at roundtable

The city will host its first 2014 quarterly Neighborhood Leaders Roundtable meeting on Thursday, April 24. The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • Provide a forum that encourages collaboration and the sharing of ideas
  • Improve neighborhood livability
  • Enhance public awareness of existing City services and programs
  • Offer neighborhood leaders an opportunity to talk with City staff

The meeting will include a presentation from the Parks and Recreation Department on tree removal/care on private property and a presentation from the Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department on code violations, illegal dumping and weed cutting.

  • at Gregg Klice Community Center, 1600 John “Buck” O’Neil Way, on Thursday, April 24 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Free parking is available.
