City hall expected to reopen at 3 p.m.

As we reported earlier, City Hall was closed this morning due to a bomb threat. The city is now predicting the building will reopen at 3 p.m. today. Meantime, police are searching floor by floor and around the perimeter of the building to see if a threat exists. The 311 call center is also closed.
